Relationship help for a big and tall guy?
I'm 19, have never had a girlfriend, am clinically depressed and on antidepressants, and am a big and tall guy (at 6' 5" 330lbs) with little to no self-esteem, but I am attending college. Is there any hope of me ever being able to get a girlfriend?
Self Esteem shows on your face. I'm not going to lie to you and tell you weight doesn't matter, BUT a women can see when your down on yourself, you let off negative vibes. You don't need to exercise to lose weight, but exercising gives off endorphins which will help your face glow with energy. The best thing to do is walk a block or two everyday just to do something. A lot of girls like big and tall guys, don't under estimate yourself, you never know what kind of crazy sh*t will happen at school at a party. Good Luck
